On this post I want to share with you a wonderful and very delicious salad, this salad contains tons of vitamins, minerals, fiber, water and antioxidants which keep your body and hair very healthy and grow it super fast, as well as helps your skin to be healthy, radiant and free of wrinkles, acne and anti aging. By eating this salad regularly you will get amazing benefits.

It’s the protein salad; to do this protein salad you can use breast chicken or shrimp or crabs with a variety of raw fresh vegetables.

Here are all the ingredients to make the protein salad and the benefits of each one:

One Pound of Breast Chicken: Chicken contains high levels of protein, to grow your hair longer and faster and build muscles you need to eat a protein foods everyday.

Or One Pound of Cooked Crab Meat or One Pound of Medium Shrimp (Peeled and Boiled): You can use fresh crabs or frozen crabs but for frozen – make sure it is a real crabs not a processed meat with crabs flavor.

Crab is of the crustaceans family, the good news: this food is low in saturated fat and a good source of vitamin C, riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), iron, magnesium and phosphorus, it is an excellent source of protein, vitamin B12, zinc, copper and selenium. But unfortunately it is very high in cholesterol and sodium. So you shouldn’t eat excessive amount of it.

Grow Hair Longer
1/4 Cup of Boiled Kidney Beans or Red Beans: Kidney Beans rich in folate, dietary fiber, and copper, manganese, phosphorus, protein, vitamin B1, iron, potassium, and magnesium.

If you choose to use canned red bean, rinse it with water and filter well before applying it to the other ingredients.

1/2 Lettuce Cut into Large Pieces: If you want shiny, thick, strong hair and healthy younger skin eat one whole lettuce everyday, it is rich in vitamin A, vitamin B-6, vitamin C, calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium and dietary fiber.

A Bunch of Fresh Spinach: The best source between any vegetables of Iron is the spinach, it strengthens hair shafts and stops hair loss in few days, if you suffers hair loss or thinning or weak hair and want a magic food to stop all these problems, this food is the spinach. I strongly recommend to eat raw spinach at least 3 times a week and add to it some lemon juice for better absorption of iron. Also, it is a good source of vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, vitamin B-6, magnesium, protein, fiber and potassium.

Cubes of One Red Pepper: Eating red pepper equal younger skin and faster hair growth because red pepper is a powerful antioxidant, it contains high levels of vitamin C, it also rich in vitamin A (Beta Carotene), B1, B2, B3, pantothenic acid (vitamin B5), B6, folate or folic acid, molybdenum, vitamin E, fiber, potassium, vitamin K, manganese, phosphorus, magnesium.

Cubes of One Yellow Pepper: It is also amazing for healthy hair and skin like red pepper, the vitamins and minerals which found in it are very convergent to red pepper, but red pepper highest in Vitamin C and beta carotene.

A Bunch of Watercress: Watercress is another great vegetable to stop hair loss; When it used in a salad with fresh lettuce and spinach, you’ll get unbelievable results for hair and skin.

One Grated Carrot: This kind of vegetable is a good source of antioxidant, carrots also are the best source of vitamin A (Beta Carotene) which is an excellent vitamin for healthy hair growth, scalp and anti aging, also they are rich in the vitamins C, B-5, B-6, B8, K, and the minerals potassium, calcium, iron, copper, magnesium and fiber.

3 Tablespoons of Lemon Juice: Lemon is another powerful antioxidant, it stimulates your body to produces collagen, which your body needs to keep your skin young and beautiful as well as it keeps your hair strong, thick and grow fast, it also stops hair loss, you need to take foods rich in vitamin C regularly.

2 or 3 Tablespoons of Olive Oil and Some Slices of Olives: Did you know olives and olive oil are a good source of vitamin E and contain vitamins A, C and K, iron, calcium, magnesium, protein, and potassium? They’re also a great source of amino acids! All these vitamins and minerals which found in the olives, and their oil, are great for hair, skin, and cells health.

4 Slices of Brown Toast or Bread: It is high in fiber and low in calories, so it is great for people who planning to lose their weight without any efforts. These high levels of fiber stimulate hair growth, if you takes it everyday for 3 to 4 months you’ll see new hair grows in your scalp.

1/4 Teaspoon of Salt: Salt is necessary for your body health, it controls blood sugar, increases the metabolic rate and supports thyroid function. But ensure to add a little bit only of salt to your meals because if you are taking too much of salt, it leads to hypertension and water storage under the skin which causes cellulite and hair loss as well.

The Recipe:

Step One:

To cook the breast chicken; simply rinse it well with water and apply some lemon, water and white vinegar. leave about 20 minutes, then rinse well again with running water. Add some salt and black pepper, leave about 15 minutes for spicing. In a bowl heating one tablespoon of olive oil and one tablespoon of sunflower oil and fry it until became golden brown. then remove from heat and cut to medium pieces.

Step Two:

Mix all the vegetables, crabs or chicken or shrimp, olives and the red beans then add the lemon juice, the olive oil and a little bit of salt. Stir the ingredients. Add the brown toast around the dish. Then serve.

You can eat this salad as a main meal or beside your main dish.

Important Tip: Don’t cut the vegetables to very small pieces even don’t lose the vitamins.
