I’m a big fan of coconut oil as it has many benefits for hair and scalp, It Nourishes hair and works for all hair types, protects hair breakage and split ends, Reduces hair loss and dandruff, reduces natural protein loss, softens dry coarse hair, Can treat hair texture as it contains vitamin E, Coconut oil is an excellent moisturizer, Also it is an antioxidant because it’s the high saturated fat content, In addition, it contains some acids such as Lauric Acid which is anti-bacterial and anti-fungus acid.
You can find it in several hair products like Shampoos, Conditioners, Deep Masks, and Moisturizer creams Or In the form of normal oil.
How To use Coconut oil?
Coconut oil is a thick oil so I recommend warming it on low heat or oil bath before using or at least warming it between your hands, then use it as a hot oil treatment once a week. Also, you can use a little bit Instead of moisturizer cream on damp hair then use the blow-dryer if you want.

I prefer two kinds of Coconut oil the first one is Dabur Vatika Enriched Coconut Oil with Henna, Amla, Lemon, and another 6 ingredients, I use the original one it is the top for me it is amazing for very dry hair and scalp it is available in drugstores, some pharmacies or online At Amazon Also the price is not expensive at all, and the second one is normal coconut oil it is available at food stores.
