Raw Food Diet

Pure Water Drink about eight to ten cups ( 2 liters ) a day. the water really helps to detox your body from dirt and it is so important for the health of hair especially dry and brittle hair which is easy to break.

Fresh juices vegetables and fruits juices.

Drink Fresh lemon juice in the morning on empty stomach. Add one whole lemon to a cup of pure water without sugar to detox your body and get the benefits from vitamin C.

A Lot Of Fresh Organic Fruits in the morning before my breakfast i eat one yellow or green apple or two Peaches or one banana or any fruit available. Always my dinner is a collection of fresh fruits.

A Lot Of Fresh Organic yellow and green Vegetables During the day i eat green cabbage and cucumber, before lunch or with lunch i eat large amount of salad included one tomato, two cucumber, one grated carrot, green pepper, green cabbage, one clove of minced garlic, one teaspoon of virgin olive oil, a lot of lemon juice, and a little of salt. When i feel my hair is dry i adds one teaspoon of grated coconut – it is amazing for dry hair but if you have oily skin like me do not eat to much of it, this salad is a multi vitamins, minerals and proteins for all the body. It also contains antioxidant which very important for faster hair growth.

Raw Nuts Rich in omega 3 and 6, Omega is important for your hair health, it stimulates new hair growth and grows the hair long, it makes your scalp healthy, if you planning to grow your hair long look first to your scalp, unhealthy scalp is one of reasons for slow growing, Also raw almond stop split ends and hair breakage. but do not excessive of eating nuts because it contains a lot of calories.
